Build A Ring Farm Beginner Guide
From zero to a stable early-game loop — codes, cheap seeds, and upgrade order that actually matters.

Core gameplay loop
Build A Ring Farm is a ring-shaped farming sim. You pull seeds, plant on rings, wait for sprinklers and saws to harvest, sell for cash, and reinvest into upgrades. Early game is simple — but upgrade order matters more than which common crop you plant first.
- Redeem codes for free packs, sprays, and fertilizer.
- Pull the lever to roll seeds, plant on your ring, and sell harvests immediately.
- Reinvest most cash into Seed Luck and growth tools before chasing rare content.
- Ring multipliers (Base ×7 reported) multiply everything on that slot — placement matters later, not day one.
- Mutations are valuable later; do not stall early progress waiting for perfect weather.
Step 1: Redeem all codes
Free resources compress the first hour more than any single upgrade.
Open Settings in-game and redeem active codes before you spend time grinding. Our Codes page lists verified rewards and is updated after patches.
- PLANTRUSH — Plant Rush Boss Box
- UPDATE2 — Tropical Seed Pack
- THANKYOU — Autumn Spray
- BARF:3 — Acid Spray
- UPDATE1 — 3× Strong Fertilizer
- Check back after updates — new codes often beat early manual farming.

Upgrade priority (early game)
| Priority | Upgrade | Why it matters | When |
|---|---|---|---|
| ★★★★★ | Seed Luck | Better seed rolls — gates entire progression | As soon as affordable |
| ★★★★★ | Sprinkler Power | Faster growth = more harvests per hour | Alongside Seed Luck |
| ★★★★☆ | Saw Yield | More units per harvest | After Seed Luck is moving |
| ★★★★ | Base Ring | Reported ×7 on that ring slot | Unlock early when offered |
| ★★★★ | Crop Level | 1.25× per level on one seed type | Only on 1–2 main crops |
| ★★★ | Soil / Storage | Minor QoL and capacity | When spare cash exists |
| ★★ | Time Skip | Easy to waste early | Avoid heavy spending |
Early upgrade rule of thumb
- Seed Luck → Sprinkler Power → Saw Yield → ring expansion → focused crop levels.
- Sell harvests and reinvest — hoarding cash slows compounding.
- Level one or two crops deeply instead of spreading levels across every seed.
- Put weak seeds on inner slots; move better rolls outward as rings unlock.
Early layout tips
- Inner ring slots are fine for Carrot, Beetroot, and Pumpkin.
- Move Rare rolls outward when you unlock more ring space.
- Perfect layouts are optional early — upgrade pace beats aesthetics.
- Take free Rain for Wet (×1.5 reported) when it happens; do not build around it yet.
Common beginner mistakes

- Buying lots of Time Skips before Seed Luck and sprinklers are online.
- Leveling every seed equally instead of focusing on one or two farmers.
- Ignoring Seed Luck, then feeling “unlucky” on rolls.
- Chasing mutations before Middle Ring prep is funded.
- Skipping codes and free packs.
When to move to mid game
You are generally ready for the Mid Game Guide when cash flow is stable, Seed Luck is no longer cheap, and Middle Ring is unlocked or close. Pets are optional in early game — Capybara becomes more relevant once Seed Luck upgrades get expensive, not as a day-one requirement.
- Middle Ring (×13) unlocked or within reach.
- Rare seeds such as Peach or Grape in regular rotation (Blueberry alone is not required).
- Consistent reinvest loop — not living harvest-to-harvest.
- Optional: first pet if you already have spare income; not a hard gate.
